In addition to our great Services and Rentals, we also offer a wide variety of Stations including Action Stations. We have so many fun options for all parties, events and weddings. If there is something unique that you have in mind please contact us and we will create a custom station just for you!
All stations options and pricing are based on location, guest count and type of event. Starting prices are listed below.
Mobile Hat Bar
Mobile Trucker Hat Bar
Includes: Create your own Trucker Hat Bar includes a variety of hats for guests to choose from. Each hat includes two large patches and three small patches. We assist with the design and press the patches on onsite. Patches are permanent once pressed. We create this bar in theme and color based on your event details.
Mini Bar is less than 50 guests and includes one onsite helper. minimum of 6’ table for spacing.
Large Bars are 50 guests and up and may include two or more helpers. minimum of 8’ or 10x10 space.

Trucker Hat Bar - TO GO
Includes: Planning a small event with under 15 guests or an out of town girls weekend? Consider taking our trucker hat bar to go. Includes ample supplies to create hats, tons of patches along with our mobile hat press. Guests will be able to design at their own pace and press their own hats. Ask about our bag options that may be added on. This is a fun and affordable option for any small event.
Ceremony and Grand Entrance Only - $350
Includes: This package is for the couple who may have assistance with the Reception (by DJ or other helpers). This includes one Wedding professional to assist with the Wedding lineup and processional. We will arrive one hour prior to ceremony, includes lining up wedding party, wedding processional, final touches inside venue during wedding which may consist of lighting candles, includes welcoming guests after ceremony and ends with assisting wedding party into reception with grand entrance. Includes timeline and order of events creation. Planning starts approximately three weeks prior to wedding date. *Additional fee may required based on location.
Full Wedding Planning - $2500
Are you planning a Wedding and unsure where to begin? This full service package includes assistance with locating your Venue and all Vendors needed. We will assist in scheduling onsite or zoom consultations with Vendors, will work with budget management and will keep you on track with our timeline management. We will attend appointments with you throughout the planning process as needed and will gladly review all contracts. We will also assist with a payment schedule to assure you stay on track while budgeting and planning. This package will also assist with helping you bring you decorative vision to life. We will help with a style board and decor rentals as needed. This package also includes our Full Service Day of Coordinating package which includes rehearsal and coordination of Ceremony and Reception.
Flower Crown Station
Includes: Are you looking for a fun action station for your upcoming event or wedding. A flower crown station is a fun, interactive favor that you guests can create onsite and take home with them. We provide a cute setup in theme and colors which includes all supplies, tools and a variety of options. Guests choose their own dried flowers, ribbons, tools and supplies and they create their own crown onsite. Guests love to wear their crowns while attending your event and bring them home as a keepsake.
Pricing is based on guest count, location and set up details. Includes: two attendants onsite to assist guest and to keep station area tidy. Pricing starts at $300
Partial Planning - $1600
Includes: The Day of Coordinating package and an additional 6 weeks of assistance with planning your special day. We will assist with finalizing all vendor contracts and coordinating all delivery and set up times. We will work with you on floor plan at the venue to assure everything runs smoothly operationally. This includes unlimited consultations and hours of assistance leading up to the wedding day.
Micro Wedding or Elopement
Planning a Small Wedding of 50 or less guests? This includes one wedding professional to assist with Order of Events and Day of Timeline creation and management, This includes one location only and up to five hours only. Process starts approximately six weeks prior to your wedding date.

Stations
Cake Cutting Services: Starting at $25 per cake.
Have you ordered the cake of your dreams but you’re wondering who is going to cut it? We provide cake cutting services as an add on service. Must be added on to Staff Services. *Does not include cake plates, napkins or forks.
Valet Services: Are you worried about guest parking and feel that you may need additional assistance? We provide Valet Services for all types of events and for all guest counts. We offer Car Parking, Guest Transport in a golf cart and Car Retrieval. Our Staff greet your guests, check in their vehicle and park it safely in the predetermined location. We have Staff onsite to provide vehicle retrieval, key management and also have golf cart rentals available, if needed. Pricing Starts at $300.
Serving Staff or Bussing Services - Starts at $30/Hour per Staff, Three Hours Minimum. Price is based on menu being served, buffet set up and breakdown, dinnerware being used, times and location, guest count. All details are to be determined. Travel Fee may be additional. Does not include rentals. **Check out our Rental Catalog for buffet rentals and dinnerware rentals.
Bartending Services: We provide bartending services and our bartenders are TABC certified and insured. They are professional and experienced. We provide bar set up, serving, light bussing when possible, and custom cocktails. This includes services only and our bartenders always provide their own bar tools. Ask about our ice services, consumables packages, bar glassware rentals and Bar rentals. Pricing starts at $40/hour
