The Haven is so excited to be a preferred vendor at the magical venue, At the Shire.
At the Shire is offering an all-inclusive option through their venue and we are happy to be providing different decor options for those packages. Pricing for the options included in their packages will be available when booking directly through them. All-inclusive Options may include
Centerpieces, Rug Aisle Runner, Naked Tipi Draping with Set up and Breakdown of decor.
If you are booking the Venue only option through At the Shire, we are happy to provide a wide variety of rentals and services.
We do provide discounted planning and coordinating prices for this venue. We provide Centerpiece options in many different styles and themes, starting at $25 and $35 per table. We also provide full decor options, bartending and staff services, china and full place settings, buffet set up and rentals, linens, linen napkins, cocktail tables, chair rentals, aisle decor, custom signage, favors and so much more.

ONLINE GALLERY - AT THE SHIRE
ALL INCLUSIVE DETAILS WHEN ADDING THE DECOR PACKAGE THROUGH THE VENUE ARE AS FOLLOWS.
CENTERPIECE - Guest Table Centerpiece includes standard centerpiece package (Candlesticks with tapers, candle holders with tea lights, Cylinders with pillar candles, Terrarium with pillar candles, Vase with dried flowers (Glass Vase, Woodgrain Vase, Colored Glass), Secret Garden, Wood accents, Small lanterns or Bird Cages. This option also includes your choice of a table runner in chiffon or cheesecloth (Different colors are available). OR it may include wood rounds, book risers or a charger in the center of the table.
**Centerpiece option does not include: Fresh Flowers, Charger Plates for each guest, Place setting items, Napkins or Velvet Runners. These are add-on items and must be ordered through us in addition to your centerpiece option.
DRAPING - Draping is for the Naked Tipi at the ceremony site or the Stage area inside the Tipi (incase of rain). The price is the same. You may choose the color or draping and material. We use chiffon (sheer and flowy) or Cheesecloth with a boho look (flowy and crinkled). This includes up two poles and across one pole.
**Draping does not include: Fresh Flowers or Fresh Greenery. It also does not include any aisle decor. These are add-on items and must be ordered through us in addition to your draping option.
RUG AISLE RUNNER - We have two options. Vintage Aisle Runner includes a variety of vintage rugs in different colors and patterns and some with fringed edges. Boho Aisle Runner includes rugs that are newer and made of light foam or macrame weave. They are a variety of lighter colors. Custom colors may be requested at no additional charge. **Rugs are set up outside and span across the aisle from entry to the steps with one rug on the stage. Rugs may not be used in the rain, if there is a high percentage of rain or if it rained previously and ground is wet. Wet or muddy shoes may cause damage to the rugs. Rugs may be set up inside to create a runner to the stage. Less rugs will be used inside however the price is the same.
SETUP and BREAKDOWN - This is a required fee when adding on any items through the venue package. This includes us delivering items, setting up and decorating and breaking down and picking up items at the end of your event.
**Breakdown does not include bussing or cleaning tables. It may include set up of some of your personal decor but please communicate details with us in advance. Does not include any unloading of boxes or loading boxes to vehicles.
